Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Onion, sliced
- Butter (optional)
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic until sugar is dissolved.
Add chicken and onion.
Marinate for approximately 4 hours.
Cook meat thoroughly and onions until tender on grill.
OPTIONAL: Melt butter in pyrex dish and add chicken after it is cooked. Stir to coat each piece with butter.
