- 1 Package Ground Turkey
- Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1 Egg
- Salt & Pepper to taste
TERIYAKI SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Mirin
- 4 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
Mix all ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce, thicken over medium heat, set aside.
Mix ground turkey and green onions.
Add egg, mix well.
Use two tablespoons to scoop mixture into small balls.
Add meatballs to boiling water.
Remove when cooked through (should be done with float to the top).
Brown in a little teriyaki sauce in a pan, place on skewer if desired.
Serve with rice, top meatballs with teriyaki sauce.
